Excellent customer service! I travel from Oxford to visit Lexus Croydon, Simon and Edward were from the beginning extremely helpful & professional. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Well done to the amazing team.

Gratitude to Mark and the sales team for arranging a test drive in an NX with all understanding that I was looking to purchase abroad. Obviously of no benefit to Lexus Croydon but Mark went out of his way to explain the range and accommodate the test drive. Thank you

these are the worse scumbags they had me waiting over 3 months for a car l spoke to 12 different people including the manger yet not one person followed through (even though each person promised to) or tried to contact me if you call them they will keep passing you on l will NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE GO TO THIS STORE AVOID THESE PEOLE AT ALL COST. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! Each person will promise you the world but you will never hear from them again the moment they have your money THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM LEXUS CROYDON GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!!!
